AUTOMATIC COLORIMETER LOVIBOND® LC100 & SV100
The Lovibond LC100, together with the Lovibond SV100, allows you to set and maintain color standards throughout the production process.
Lovibond® LC100
Lovibond® LC100 allows to set up and keep colour standards throughout the production process. It's a light, easy to handle and ready to use instrument. In just more than a second, it not only provides a sample reading, but also a report indicating how much the colour is close to a measured standard. Together with Lovibond® SV100 it's the ideal solution for colour measurement of food, powders, cosmetics, pastes and pharmaceuticals. LC 100 automatically creates conformity reports in PDF or Excel format for each stored sample, according to each standard. These reports can be easily shared by PC or directly sent to a compatible printer (through the USB storing mode).
Lovibond® SV 100
The Lovibond® LC 100 and SV 100 integrate package provides a unique solution for users who want to measure food, powders, cosmetics and pastes. SV 100 holder supports LC 100 at an ergonomic viewing angle, to allow for measurements in Lovibond® optical cells. A safety cap is provided to cover the sample, to protect it from any excess environmental light and allow for fast but accurate readings. Units are shipped in a specially designed case, containing all required accessories for the accurate colour measurement expected by Lovibond® trademark.
Features
- Enhanced operation agreement: It acquires sample images using 8 different visible lights and a UV LED (9 bands), for a more accurate colour measurement.
- Unique imaging technology: optical 45/0 geometry and images capture technology: better agreement to visual observations
- Information on colours and on surface texture effects: Every measurement is a combination of 27 images lighted with different colours and from different directions
- Fast and rapid reading: Measurement time of just more than a second
- Precise positioning on sample: It allows the measurement area preview and image storage and recalling after the measurement
- Greater quality control: It is possible to measure and store up to 20 reference standards - every date and time printed with the name option
- Single unit for multiple tests: You can save up to 350 sample measurements on the device and compare them with reference standards
- Easy measurement identification: The samples can be labelled through the on-screen keypad for the text or the integrated voice recorder
- Save and print the results: For a more detailed report, LC 100 creates PDF and CSV files you can access through a PC with the USB mass storage mode
Analysis results are easily displayed with:
- Graphic Pass/Fail
- indicator ΔE display for all common methods: CIELAB, CMC, CIE 94, 2000
- Display of measured differences and delta with L*a*b*C*h for standard and sample
- Graphic chart for L*a*b
- Verbal description of colour difference
